INFORM TO IT CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS AND PUBLIC IN GENERAL
That in compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, regulated by Decree 1377 of 2013 by which general provisions for the protection of personal data in Colombia, DeepCo S.A.S. informs you that we have in our database information previously provided by you, due to the development of our corporate purpose and by virtue of our business relationships with you.
In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, by means of which the Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, DeepCo S.A.S. As responsible for the processing of personal data, it asks to the owners of said data, the confirmation of the continuation of the storage and processing of the information in our database.
DeepCo S.A.S, is responsible for the good use of said database and its conservation, which is done and will be done with high standards of computer security. This company does not do business with the database of its customers or suppliers and only uses it and will use it for a commercial purpose, the above, in accordance with the personal data processing policies.
Likewise, we inform our customers and suppliers and all persons linked to the company who have the right at any time to know, update, rectify and request the deletion of their personal data, as well as request proof of authorization, revoke it and be informed about the given use of the delivered data.
DeepCo S.A.S warns you that, if it is your will, you may request the deletion of your personal data from the databases, within thirty (30) business days following the date of publication of this notice.
